What your money buys
Built around real searches
Before anything is designed, we find what your customers type into Google and which of those searches you can win. Every page exists because a search exists.
Fast on every phone
Most of your visitors arrive on a phone, in a hurry. Your site opens in a blink on a lift-lobby connection, not just office wifi — and Google notices the difference too.
Written to win the job
Copy that sounds like you and answers what buyers actually ask — prices, process, proof — instead of slogans. A site is a salesperson, not a brochure.
Yours, completely
Domain, code, content, analytics — all in your name, run by us day to day. No page-builder subscriptions, no platform lock-in, nothing held hostage if we ever part ways.
What clients say
“Kang is superb to work with. He is knowledgeable, collaborative and very responsive.”
“You made a fantastic tool for us to help us enhance our data in HubSpot using AI.”
What will it cost?
Three questions, an honest range, no email required. The fixed number comes after one conversation about what the site actually has to do.
Typically
S$3,500 – S$5,500
A fixed quote, confirmed in one conversation — not an hourly estimate that drifts.
One conversation, one fixed quote, answered within a working day.

Tell us what the site must do
A call or a message. We ask what an enquiry is worth to you and what customers ask before they buy. You get a fixed quote and a straight answer, both within a working day.
We design and build
You talk to the person writing the code — no account managers, no handovers, no waiting three days for an answer. Weeks, not months.
Launch, in your name
The site goes live once you've seen it work. Domain and analytics sit in your accounts from day one, and everything else transfers with the final invoice.
What this looks like in practice
coolaircon.sg— aircon servicing, Singapore
An aircon servicing business with a strong reputation offline — 200+ five-star Google reviews — and almost nothing to show for it in search. We rebuilt the site around the jobs customers actually search for, put a booking flow on every page, and made the whole thing fast on a phone.
142,000
times the site appeared in Google search, in six months
1,250
visits earned from search in the same period
The shape matters more than the totals. Five months of nearly flat line, then it turns — and it is still turning. That is the compounding you are buying: it starts slowly, it looks like nothing is happening, and then it does not stop.

This is the part most agencies never show you, because for the first four months there is nothing to show. If you are three months into SEO and wondering whether it is working, this curve is what that stretch looks like from inside.
Measured in Google Search Console, 20 January – 19 July 2026. These are search visits, not enquiries — we report both to clients, but only one of them is ours to publish.
Who builds it

Sim Kang Wei — founder, pixel
A decade building software and websites for clients from Singapore to the US and Europe. The person who quotes your project is the person who writes the code — so questions get answered by someone who knows, not relayed through an account manager.
When you don't need us
We would rather lose the job than sell you one you don't need. Any of these sound like you? Say so in the first conversation and we'll point you somewhere better — at no cost, and with no attempt to talk you round.
You need one page and nothing more
A single page with your services, a phone number and a map is a solved problem. A template builder will do it for a few dollars a month and you will not notice the difference.
Your budget is under S$3,000
Below that we cannot do the research, design and writing properly, and a half-done custom site is worse value than a good template. We'll tell you that on the call rather than after the quote.
You need it live next week
Our projects run in weeks, not days. If you have a launch date that cannot move, be upfront about it — sometimes the honest answer is a simple holding page now and the real site after.
A website isn't your actual problem
Sometimes the enquiries are missing because of reviews, a Google Business Profile nobody has claimed, or a phone that goes unanswered. A new website fixes none of that, and we will say so.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a website cost?
It depends on what the site has to do — and since everyone says that, here's how the number is actually set: the estimator above gives you a real range in three questions, then one conversation about scope turns it into a fixed quote, upfront. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
How long does it take?
Weeks, not months. The slowest step is usually content — photos, service details, prices. We tell you at the start exactly what we need from you and what we'll write for you.
Can you fix or redesign my existing website?
Yes — rebuilds are common, usually because the current site looks fine but wins no customers. We'll tell you honestly whether yours needs a rebuild or just a smaller fix.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain and analytics sit in your name from day one, and the code and content become yours with the final invoice — after that there is nothing left to transfer and nothing we could hold. Day to day we run it all for you. If we ever part ways, you keep a working site: no hostage domain, no rebuild ransom.
Will people actually find the site on Google?
That question is where every project starts. Before anything is designed we research what your customers search and which of those searches you can win — the site is built around the answers. Ongoing SEO and ads are a separate service if you want the reach to keep growing.
Do you build online stores?
Yes — product pages, checkout and payments included. Tell us what you sell and how you fulfil orders, and the quote covers the store end to end.
Who looks after the site once it is live?
Your choice. Most clients have us host and maintain it under a simple monthly arrangement — updates, backups, monitoring, small changes. Because everything is in your name, you can also take it in-house or elsewhere at any time; it's your site either way.
Can you also bring visitors to the site?
Yes — that is our other service. SEO grows the visits that come free from Google over time, and ads bring enquiries while that builds. We advise honestly on whether either is worth your money before you spend any.
What if I do not like the design?
You see the design before it is built, and we change it until it is right — that is part of the quote, not an extra. What we will not do is guess: the design comes out of the conversation about your customers, so by the time you see it you already know why it looks the way it does.
Do I have to write the content myself?
Only if you want to. Most clients give us the raw material — services, prices, photos, the questions customers keep asking — and we write the pages. Content is usually the slowest part of any project, so if you would rather hand it over, say so at the quote stage and it goes in the number.
Can I update the site myself afterwards?
Yes. We set up whatever level of editing you actually want — some clients change their own prices and photos weekly, others would rather send us a message and have it done. Neither costs you a subscription to a page builder.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
You tell us and we fix it. Anything that is our error is fixed at our cost, permanently — there is no support package you have to buy first to get a broken site working again.
How does payment work?
A deposit to start, the balance on launch, both against the fixed quote you agreed. No hourly billing, no invoices you did not see coming. Ongoing hosting and maintenance, if you want it, is a separate monthly arrangement you can stop at any time.
