What we do

Keyword research

We find the searches your customers make, how many of them there are, and which ones your business can realistically win — then agree the targets with you in plain language.

Pages and content

Service pages and articles written to answer what buyers ask before they choose — the kind of content that earns rankings and wins the enquiry once a visitor arrives.

Technical and speed

A fast site that Google can read cleanly: page speed, mobile experience, structured data and indexing. Quiet work that makes everything else perform better.

Local search

Showing up where nearby customers look — Google Maps and the local results — with your business profile, reviews and service areas working together.

What clients say

“Kang is superb to work with. He is knowledgeable, collaborative and very responsive.”

Dr. Sorena AfsharSurgicalminds

“You made a fantastic tool for us to help us enhance our data in HubSpot using AI.”

Whatever brought you here

People arrive on this page looking for quite different things. Here is the straight answer to each, so you can tell quickly whether we're the right people to talk to.

You want customers near you to find you

Local search is its own discipline: the map results, your Google Business Profile, reviews, and service-area pages that name the places you actually cover. For a business that serves customers in person — a clinic, a workshop, a servicing company — this is usually where the fastest wins are, and often it costs less than you expect because your competitors have neglected it too.

You want advice, not an agency on retainer

Some businesses have someone in-house who can do the work and simply needs to know what the work is. We do that as a piece of consulting: research, a prioritised plan, and a session walking your team through it — then you get on with it. No monthly fee, no lock-in, and we're happy to be the people you call twice a year rather than every month.

Someone else built your site

That's the normal case, and it's fine. We start by reviewing what you have. Sometimes a handful of fixes on an existing site unlocks most of the value; occasionally the site itself is the thing holding rankings back, and we'll tell you that plainly rather than quietly billing months of SEO against a site that cannot win. You'll get the recommendation before any work starts.

What this looks like over six months

coolaircon.sg— aircon servicing, Singapore

An aircon servicing business with a strong reputation offline — 200+ five-star Google reviews — and almost nothing to show for it in search. We rebuilt the site around the jobs customers actually search for, put a booking flow on every page, and made the whole thing fast on a phone.

142,000

times the site appeared in Google search, in six months

1,250

visits earned from search in the same period

The shape matters more than the totals. Five months of nearly flat line, then it turns — and it is still turning. That is the compounding you are buying: it starts slowly, it looks like nothing is happening, and then it does not stop.

This is the part most agencies never show you, because for the first four months there is nothing to show. If you are three months into SEO and wondering whether it is working, this curve is what that stretch looks like from inside.

Measured in Google Search Console, 20 January – 19 July 2026. These are search visits, not enquiries — we report both to clients, but only one of them is ours to publish.

How we work

  1. We start with your business

A conversation about what you sell, who buys it, and what an enquiry is worth to you. The research comes after the listening — not the other way around.

  2. You get a clear proposal

What we'd target, what we'd do each month, and what it costs — in plain language, with a fixed monthly fee. You'll know exactly what you're agreeing to before you agree to it.

  3. We do the work and report it

Research, pages, content and technical improvements every month, closed with a short report on visitors and enquiries — so you can judge the work by the numbers that matter to you.

When SEO isn't your answer

SEO is a slow, compounding investment, and it is genuinely wrong for some businesses. If one of these is you, the free audit will say so — that is a real outcome, not a brush-off.

You need enquiries this month

Meaningful movement takes three to six months. If the business needs the phone ringing now, a modest ads budget is the honest answer, and SEO can start once there is breathing room.

Nobody is searching for what you sell

Some products are genuinely new, or sold entirely through relationships and referral. If the search volume isn't there, no amount of SEO invents it — and we'd rather show you the numbers than take the retainer.

The site can't convert what it gets

Sending more visitors to a site that doesn't turn them into enquiries multiplies nothing. Fix the site first — sometimes that's a week of work, and it makes everything after it worth doing.

Your reputation is the bottleneck

If you have four reviews and your competitors have four hundred, ranking higher wins you less than you think. Reviews and a properly claimed Google Business Profile come first, and they're mostly free.

Frequently asked questions

How long does SEO take?

Most businesses see meaningful movement in three to six months, with results compounding after that. Competitive markets take longer than quiet ones — we will give you a realistic timeline for your market before you commit to anything.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No — rankings depend on your competition and on Google, and nobody controls either. What we do instead is agree clear targets with you, do the work every month, and report progress in plain language so you always know where things stand.

What does SEO cost?

It depends on your market and your goals, so we start with a conversation about what you need. After that you will get a clear proposal with a fixed monthly fee — no open-ended hours, no surprises.

Do you also run Google Ads?

Yes. Many clients pair SEO with a modest ads budget: the ads bring enquiries right away while the SEO builds, and can taper off as organic traffic grows. We will advise honestly whether that mix makes sense for your situation.

Can you work on a website pixel didn't build?

Yes. We start with a review of your current site — sometimes small fixes unlock most of the value, and occasionally the site itself is what holds rankings back. Either way, you will get a clear recommendation before any work starts.

What do you actually do each month?

A plan agreed upfront: research into what your customers search, improvements to your pages, new content where it earns its place, and technical upkeep. Each month closes with a short report on visitors and enquiries — the numbers a business runs on.

What is in the free audit, and what is the catch?

A short written review of your site: what is technically holding it back, which searches you could realistically win, and what we would do first. It comes within one working day. The catch is that we hope you like it enough to hire us — but nobody chases you if you don't, and the audit is yours to act on with or without us.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Work is monthly and you can stop at any time. Long lock-ins exist to protect agencies from clients who can see the work is not landing, and we would rather earn the next month than trap you in it.

How will I know it is working?

You get a short monthly report in plain language, and you keep the accounts it comes from — Search Console and analytics are in your name. The numbers that matter are visits from search and enquiries, not rankings on a list of keywords nobody types.

Will you write the content, or do we?

Usually we write it and you approve it, because search-led writing is a specific craft and it is most of the work. If you have someone in-house who writes well, we will happily brief them instead and keep the fee lower.

Is SEO still worth it now that Google shows AI answers?

The honest answer is that it has changed, not ended. Fewer people click through for simple factual questions, and about the same number click through when they are choosing who to hire or buy from — which is the search that matters to most businesses. We target the second kind, and we would tell you if your market had moved.

This page loaded in one blink — speed is part of good SEO, and every site we work on gets it.
