pixel is a Singapore web development and SEO agency operated by tiny.codes. This page explains what data this website collects, why, and what you can do about it — in plain English, because that's how we'd want it explained to us.

What we collect

Enquiries. When you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, message, and your website if you choose to share it. We use this to reply to you and for nothing else. It is delivered to us as email and kept for as long as the conversation (and any work that follows) needs it.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people visit, roughly where visitors come from, and whether the site is doing its job. This uses cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. It does not tell us who you are.

Server logs. Like almost every website, our infrastructure keeps routine technical logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) for security and troubleshooting. They are not used to profile visitors.

Preferences. If you choose a light or dark theme, the choice is stored in your own browser. It never leaves your device.

Who handles the data

We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Google (analytics, and email once an enquiry reaches our inbox), Resend (delivers the contact form to us), Cloudflare (keeps the site fast and secure), and DigitalOcean (hosting, in Singapore). Each receives only what its job requires. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you can ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] — the address for all data-protection matters — and we'll handle it, usually within a few working days. We'll tell you plainly if something can't be deleted (for example, records we need to keep for accounting).

Changes

If how the site handles data changes — for example, if we add new tools — this page changes with it, and the date at the top tells you when it last did.
